Sljede\u0107im testovima \u0107emo provjeriti naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i problem &#8211; potpunu ili djelomi\u010dnu nemogu\u0107nost komunikacije zbog konfiguracije lokalne mre\u017ee.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Dijagnosticiranje<\/h2>\r\n<p>Prvo \u0107emo se fokusirati na najva\u017eniju komponentu &#8211; je li Agentima otvorena komunikacija prema serveru po TCP portu 2222. TCP\/2222 je standardni port za komunikaciju na\u0161ih Agenata; ako ste prilikom instalacije upotrijebili neki drugi &#8211; prilagodite i testove.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3>Proba slanja poruke<\/h3>\r\n<p>Kako provjeriti javlja li se EMagent ESET Protect serveru<br \/>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nod32.com.hr\/podrska\/kb12534\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.nod32.com.hr\/podrska\/kb12534<\/a><\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3>Telnet &#8211; tri testa<\/h3>\r\n<p>Pokrenite Command Prompt (CMD) na &#8220;problemati\u010dnom&#8221; klijentu i utipkajte sljede\u0107e naredbe (v. Legendu za poja\u0161njenje):<\/p>\r\n<pre>\u2022 telnet &lt;%EPSvrIP%&gt; 2222\r\n\u2022 telnet &lt;%EPSvrFQDN%&gt; 2222\r\n\u2022 telnet &lt;%EPSvrNetBIOS%&gt; 2222<\/pre>\r\n<h3>PortQry &#8211; tri testa<\/h3>\r\n<p>Za mo\u017eda malo detaljnije informacije o vezi mo\u017eete u tu svrhu koristiti Microsoftov program PortQry (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/download\/details.aspx?id=17148\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/download\/details.aspx?id=17148<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n<pre>\u2022 portqry -sl -v -n &lt;%EPSvrIP%&gt; -p TCP -e 2222\r\n\u2022 portqry -sl -v -n &lt;%EPSvrFQDN%&gt; -p TCP -e 2222\r\n\u2022 portqry -sl -v -n &lt;%EPSvrNetBIOS%&gt; -p TCP -e 2222\r\n<\/pre>\r\n<!-- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -->\r\n<h3>Mogu\u0107i rezultati telnet i PortQry testova<\/h3>\r\n<h6>Telnet test uspio<\/h6>\r\n<p>Barem prva telnet naredba (po IP adresi) bi trebala rezultirati &#8220;praznim ekranom&#8221; &#8211; pritisnite [Enter] nekoliko puta da se vrati CMD prompt.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ako i druga dva testa, EPSvrFQDN i EPSvrNetBIOS, zavr\u0161e ovako &#8211; odli\u010dno, zna\u010di da je i DNS sustav funkcionalan i u svim policyjima mo\u017eete koristiti EPSrvFQDN.<\/p>\r\n<h6>PortQry test uspio<\/h6>\r\n<p>Ako je prvi PortQry test uspio i javio &#8220;TCP port 2222 (unknown service): LISTENING&#8221; &#8211; povezivanje Agenata sa serverom je mogu\u0107e.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ako i druga dva testa, EPSvrFQDN i EPSvrNetBIOS, zavr\u0161e ovako &#8211; odli\u010dno, zna\u010di da je i DNS sustav funkcionalan i u svim policyjima mo\u017eete koristiti EPSrvFQDN.<\/p>\r\n<h6>Polovi\u010dan ali dovoljan uspjeh<\/h6>\r\n<p>Ako su prvi Telnet i\/ili PortQry testovi (po IP adresi) uspjeli, a bilo koji drugi ne &#8211; onda s razlu\u010divanjem naziva nije sve savr\u0161eno i u svim svojim policyjima (pravilima) koristite samo IP adrese.<\/p>\r\n<h6>Testovi nisu uspjeli<\/h6>\r\n<p>Ako sva tri Telnet testa zavr\u0161e pogre\u0161kom &#8220;Connect failed&#8221; ili ako ostanu dulje od 30-tak sekundi u stanju &#8220;Connecting to&#8221; &#8211; komunikacija Agenta i EP servera nije mogu\u0107a. Npr.:<\/p>\r\n<pre>   C:\\&gt; telnet &lt;%EPSvrIP%&gt; 2222\r\n   Connecting To &lt;%EPSvrIP%&gt;...Could not open connection to the host, on port 2222: Connect failed<\/pre>\r\n<p>Isto se odnosi na PortQry &#8211; ako svi testovi zavr\u0161e pogre\u0161kom &#8220;Filtered&#8221;, npr:<\/p>\r\n<pre>\u00a0\u00a0 TCP port 2222 (unknown service): FILTERED<\/pre>\r\n<p>onda komunikacija tog klijenta sa serverom nije mogu\u0107a.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\r\n<h3>Ping &#8211; tri testa<\/h3>\r\n<p>Ovi testovi nam ne\u0107e re\u0107i mnogo o mogu\u0107nosti povezivanja Agenata ali, naravno, mogu ukazati na op\u0107e stanje mre\u017ee izme\u0111u klijenta i servera.
