Trace logging
1. Kreirajte datoteke “traceAll”
Važno: Drugo “A” u nazivu “traceAll” mora biti veliko. Datoteke kreirajte npr. batch/shell naredbom

zamijenite sljedećim putanjama:
1.1 Na ESET Protect Serveru
• Windows OS:
C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Server\EraServerApplicationData\Logs\traceAll
• Linux OS:
/var/log/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Server/traceAll
1.2 Na ESET klijentu
• Windows OS:
C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\traceAll
• Linux OS:
/var/log/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Agent/traceAll
2. Konfigurirajte ESET Protect server i agente
(v.video)
Postavite server i agente sa “Warning” na “Trace” razinu zapisivanja događaja:
- Server: ESET Protect >> More… >> Server settings >> Advanced settings >> Logging >> Trace log verbosity = izaberite “Trace”
- Agent: ESET Protect >> Policies >> (pronađite policy koji obuhvaća promatrane klijente) >> Edit policy >> Settings >> Advanced settings >> Trace log verbosity = izaberite “Trace”
3. Reproducirajte problem ili pričekajte da se pojavi
4. Nakon zapisivanja
4.1 Vratite konfiguraciju servera i agenata sa “Trace” na “Warning”
4.2 Obrišite kreirane datoteke “traceAll”
4.3 Prikupite logove programom ELC
